Upon achieving certain tiers, you'll be given access to a free registration product/s. Here's how to redeem it:

1. Redeem the reward by clicking it, then add it to cart and check out (ignore the discount code, it's not required)

2. Register for your chosen division for the chosen competition on Smoothcomp (click back when it asks you to pay)

3. Email us to let us know you'd like to use your free division

1. Redeem the reward by clicking it, then add it to cart and check out (ignore the discount code, it's not required)

2. Talk to our booth staff at the next competition you're at, and they'll happily provide you with your pick of item

Upon achieving Gold status, you'll be invited to a private Facebook group where we openly discuss potential changes/tweaks and ask for feedback.

Note: as the program is still very new, we will allow time for more members to reach gold before creating the group.

Upon achieving Elite status, after every competition you compete in, we'll quickly check in with you via email (we can also do calls if preferred) to see how your experience was and take on board any feedback or concerns you may have.
